James R. Cook, II


James R. Cook II earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. While attending law school, Mr. Cook served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate representing the best interest of children in child custody cases; earned 28 hours of Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration training; and completed 150+ hours of community service. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Cook moved to East Tennessee, where he currently resides with his wife who is a fellow attorney. Mr. Cook understands how stressful, intimidating and complicated law suits and legal issues may be. Therefore, it is his goal to make sure every client has aggressive, dependable and fair representation.
